Lu jong is a meditation in movement.
This form of healing yoga is rooted in the ancient wisdom of Tibetan Medicine and Tantrayana Buddhism.
With gentle movements and breathing techniques, we release blockages on a physical, energetic and mental level.
We work with our subtle body channels and open up our body, our heart, and our mind.
The exercises make us stronger and more flexible. We become more free on a physical, energetic and mental level. Energy will flow and Self- healing powers increase. Lu Jong also helps to achieve emotional balance.
When we really relax, we feel less fear, less need to cling to things, we need to do less effort.
We can feel more love, more loved, more space, more connection, more inspiration.
Ninon learned about health, body and mind from a Tibetan Master, Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche. He is a Tibetan who lived in Tibetan monastries since he was six years old, he got incredibly precious teachings from different masters in Tibetan Buddhism, ancient Tantric knowledge, medicine and astrology. Since he is twenty five years old he travels the world as a high Buddhist master.
Anyone can participate for well-being with Lu Jong Healing Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation.
In special sessions Ninon also plays the piano and reads poetry.
